- Fold or cut the string cheese sticks in half and place at the wider ends of the dough

- Bake for about 11-13 minutes per instructions on your dough container
- Towards the end of the baking time, you may choose to warm up your pizza sauce or tomato soup–either tastes great! Cold sauce is also a good option.
- Let the rolls cool down for a couple minutes, then serve with pizza sauce or tomato soup!
But use any quick and easy dough you like. Open your can of buttermilk biscuits and roll out each biscuit circle flat. Then put in a few pepperonis and handful of mozzarella cheese. (Or if you have a block of cheese you can just cut it into cubes and put a cube of cheese in.) Then fold the sides up around the middle into a ball. Spread mixture over the tops of the pizza rolls using a basting brush. Top with a little mozzarella cheese.
