Combine the vinegar, garlic and a generous pinch of salt in a blender and blend on low until smooth. Add the parsley, cilantro, oregano, ice and jalapeno and blend on medium speed.   6. Make ready 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  7. Take 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  8. Make ready 1 teaspoon salt
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon black pepper

Chimichurri is made with a mixture of fresh minced parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, oregano, and olive oil. This is a great Argentinean marinade or sauce. Use it on grilled meats, such as T-bone, porterhouse or skirt steak. The sauce is best if used immediately but will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days.

Steps to make Chimichurri Sauce:
  1. Clean the chillies, remember to wear gloves and don’t touch your eyes! I leave the seeds in for extra kick.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Do not over blend, the sauce needs to be chunky!
  3. Alternatively, chopped all ingredients finely and mix in a bowl.
  4. Ready to use!
  5. Refrigerate in mason jars (up to 2 weeks) or freeze in ice cubes (up to 3 months).

Use it on grilled meats, such as T-bone, porterhouse or skirt steak. The sauce is best if used immediately but will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
